At a recent Lake association meeting they sold the "History of the Lake" book. In the book it had mentioned the wash that occured in the 1930s, which washed sand and trees into the lake forming a beach area. The had a picture of the "Wash". Well that picture showed what was not the wash from the 1930's but one that happened maybe 500 years ago or so. The wash that happened in the 1930s sits between us and out neighbors. It's most filled in now. But part of it does reside on Domek. Below is a photo of the remaining wash or as we know it "The gully" from the spring thaw in 1987. Joe
