As you can see a lot of changes. The Living room layout has been changed to a Reading area by the fireplace (Susan's Space) and a TV watching space (Joe's Space). As you can see who has the bigger space

The crown molding was finally installed. Paint touched up. Curtains rods put up. Officially the Bedrooms and closets are done. The living and dining room are almost there, I just need to nail down the show molding. I still need to put the hand rail in for the new stairs.

I would like to thank everyone who helped with phase 1 of the project; My wife, Susan. My brother Larry who took a week off to help me. My Sister Pam and her husband Lou (Lou for all the clean up work too). My In-Laws Don and Barb. The fine people at the hardware flooring outlet in Arbor Vitea for putting the floors in.

Next year we start phase 2. The upstairs bath room and the lower level under the living and dining rooms. Any volunteers to help? Any one? Any one? ... Hello... I need help here.
